Rental terms, in plain English

The short version of how renting with us works. Your signed rental agreement is the final word.

Insurance

• Bring your own full coverage. You need a full-coverage auto policy that covers a rental car, and we check it before the car goes out.
• We don't sell or provide insurance or any coverage. You're responsible for the car while you have it.

Tolls

• Our cars use SunPass. Tolls you drive through are billed back to you at cost.
• We send you an itemized list of every toll, with date, time and location, by text or email.
• Questions about a toll? Tell us within 14 days.

Miles

• Each car includes a set number of miles per day (shown on the car's page).
• Go over and you pay a per-mile overage fee, which is on your quote and agreement before you book.
• Planning a long drive? Tell us first and we'll quote the extra miles up front.

Fuel

• You get the car with a full tank and bring it back full.
• If it comes back lower, we refuel it and charge the fuel cost plus a refueling fee shown on your agreement.

Deposit and damage

• The refundable deposit is held separately from the rental price.
• We photograph the car with you at pickup and again at return.
• If we ever take anything from your deposit, we first send you photos of the damage and an itemized reason. No photos, no deduction.
• If nothing's wrong, the full deposit is released.

What you can't do

• No racing, burnouts, drifting or track use.
• No other drivers unless they're approved and on the agreement.
• No driving outside Florida without our written OK.
• No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• No smoking or vaping in the car.
• No towing, off-roading or commercial use (rideshare, delivery).
• No lending, subletting or re-renting the car.

Age

• Self-drive is 25+.
• Under 25? Book any car with our private chauffeur.
• Prom is chauffeur only, and a parent or adult books and pays.

Requests don't book or charge anything; we confirm availability, rates and terms directly. Renters bring their own full-coverage insurance. All bookings go through Exotics Rental Miami only.
